We’re about to undergo a usability study for another non-profit and we need your help!
The commitment:
- 45 min – 1 hour of your time
- Online only (via a video platform of your choice, or WhatsApp if you prefer to do it on your phone)
- honest feedback about your experience.
Who We Need:
Anyone can help with usability testing! But in particular, we’d love to make sure we have representation across the board, so we’d especially appreciate volunteers who tick ANY ONE of these boxes:
- Are Gen X or older (not from a ‘digital first’ generation) – if you consider yourself ‘not tech savvy’ that’s even better!
- Have some form of accessibility challenge, or are not English First Language
- Have experienced economic abuse ↗ or homelessness
- Have experience working as a financial councillor
Everything you share with us will remain 100% confidential and anonymised.
